Summary
The photographer George Forster Hickson joined the Public Works Department, General Water Supply Branch in 1896 as Resident Engineer. 1902-03 he was Resident Engineer at Cossack; 1904-11, Assistant Engineer Perth; 1912-1919 First Class Assistant Engineer Perth.
