Summary Caption under published photograph: Is this line dangerous? Another tram car left the line around Mounts Bay Road on Thursday Afternoon, and proceeded to the river embankment. A week ago, the Perth City Council pulled up the old fence on the Mounts Bay Road drive. If the trams are going to keep running so close to the river, it looks as if a supplementary concrete wall will be needed for safety of tram traffic.
