Biography/history |
Fremantle War Memorial on Monument Hill was unveiled on Armistice Day, 11 November 1928. Lieut.-Governor Sir R.F. McMillan performed the unveiling ceremony, Canon Collick dedicated the memorial. The memorial, which consists of a fourteen metre high Toodjay stone masonry pillar and podium, was funded by public donations. |
